<p style="text-align:center;">Se iau <strong>gogonelele</strong>, se spală bine. Pe urmă se pregăteşte borcanul, în prealabil spălat şi uscat: se pun pe fundul borcanului <strong>crenguţe de cimbru</strong>,<strong> mărar</strong>, <strong>hrean tăiat</strong> fâşii mai groase şi câteva <strong>boabe de piper</strong>. Se începe clădirea gogonelelor în borcan. Între timp, se pune apa la fiert, cu sare &#8230;la un borcan de cinci litri, se pune câte o lingură de sare la litrul de apă. Deasupra gogonelelor din borcan se pun din nou <strong>crenguţe de cimbru</strong>, <strong>mărar</strong>, <strong>hrean</strong> şi <strong>boabe de piper</strong>. Se lasă apa fiartă la răcit, iar după ce s-a răcit bine se toarnă peste gogonele. Se leagă borcanul şi se lasă la murat.</p>

Se taie capul şi coada şi se desface în două, în lungime. Se curăţă de piele şi se scoate şira spinării, cu grijă, să nu mai rămână oase. - 2 ml otet<br />

<p style="text-align:center;"><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Mod de preparare:</span></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><strong><span style="color:#ff0000;">Margarina</span></strong> se bate cu <span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>100g de zahar farin</strong></span> pana se spumeaza. Se adauga treptat <span style="color:#ff0000;">galbenusurile</span>, bicarbonatul dizolvat in <span style="color:#ff0000;">otet</span>, <span style="color:#ff0000;">zaharul vanilat</span>. Se bate in continuare pana la obtinerea unei creme. Separat, <span style="color:#ff0000;">albusurile</span> se bat spuma, se adauga cca <span style="color:#ff0000;">75 g zahar</span>, continuindu-se baterea pana se dizolva cristalele de zahar, apoi se amesteca cu compozitia de galbenus, se adauga treptat <span style="color:#ff0000;">nucile</span> si <span style="color:#ff0000;">faina</span>, amestecand pana la o perfecta omogenizare. Compoizitia obtinuta se toarna in forme de chec unse cu margarina (ulei), tapetate cu hartie alba sau cu faina, care se introduc in cuptor si se coc la o temperatura moderata.</p>

<p style="text-align:center;">Dupa coacere, se lasa putin sa se raceasca, se scot din forme, se indeparteaza hartia si se pudreaza cu zahar farin !</p>

Daca da, se da vasul deoparte, se adauga <a href="http://worldofsolitaire.wordpress.com/2010/05/26/marii-bolnavi/" target="_blank">zeama de lamaie</a>, se mai fierbe putin, tot la <a href="http://gabrieladsavitsky.wordpress.com/2010/05/27/semneaza-si-da-mai-departe/" target="_blank">foc mic</a>. Eu, o las in <a href="http://theodora0303.wordpress.com/2010/05/27/articolul-53-din-constitutie-sau-intoarcerea-spre-dictatura/" target="_blank">cratita</a>, pana a doua zi, si daca siropul este prea lichid, o mai fierb, cateva minute. - Blatul de tort, impachetat in doua randuri de folie filmogena, pus intr-o cutie inchisa ermetic, poate fi pastrat la congelator timp de 6 saptamani. Sau, tot impachetat, poate fi pastrat la frigider timp de 1 saptamana.<br />
- Cu o zi inainte de a servi tortul, pregatiti-l pana la punctul 4, inclusiv, si apoi dati la congelator.<br />
- Cu 4 ore inainte de servire, pregatiti pralina cu migdale.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>BLATUL SI CREMA &#8211; MOD DE PREPARARE</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#993300;">Tapetati cu hartie pergament, pusa in trei straturi, baza si laturile unei forme rotunde, detasabile, cu diametrul de 23 cm. Inveliti forma pe dinafara cu hartie de impachetat, in trei straturi, si apoi legati cu ata. Preincalziti cuptorul la semnul 3/170 grd.C.<br />
Topiti ciocolata amaruie pe baie de aburi; lasati-o sa se raceasca. Frecati cele 2 oua intregi cu cele 8 galbenusuri si cu zaharul, pana ce amestecul devine vascos si spumos. Incorporati migdalele si ciocolata racita.<br />
Bateti albusurile spuma si apoi incorporati 1/4 din cantitate in amestecul de oua si ciocolata; apoi, cu miscari usoare, incorporati toata cantitatea de albusuri.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#993300;"><br />
Asezati un vas rezistent, plin cu apa, in cuptor, pe nivelul inferior. Turnati compozitia de blat in forma pregatita, acoperiti-o cu hartie pergament pusa in trei straturi si dati la cuptor timp de 1 ora si 45 minute. Lasati blatul sa se raceasca in forma, timp de 15 minute, apoi scoateti-l si lasati-l sa se raceasca complet pe un gratar metalic.<br />
Pentru a prepara crema, puneti ciocolata alba si frisca intr-un vas la bain-marie. Amestecati pana cand ciocolata se topeste. Apoi o luati de pe foc si adaugati alcoolul. Frecati untul spuma, apoi incorporati in el ciocolata topita si racita. Tineti crema cateva minute la frigider.</span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#ff0000;"><strong>GLAZURA SI ORNAREA</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><span style="color:#993300;">Taiati blatul in doua. Intoarceti stratul de deasupra si ungeti-l cu crema. Asezati deasupra celalalt strat si dati la rece. Pentru glazura, frecati untul spuma cu zaharul pudra, pana cand se topeste zaharul. Adaugati ciocolata topita la bain-marie. Ungeti tortul pe deasupra si dati la congelator.<br />
Pentru a pregati fasia de ciocolata, taiati o bucata de pergament de 70/25 cm si pliati-o in doua, pe lungime. Topiti ciocolata amaruie la bain-marie si cand incepe sa se ingroase turnati-o pe hartie si intindeti-o cu ajutorul unui cutit cu lama lata, avand grija sa lasati o margine neregulata.<br />
Inveliti fasia in jurul tortului, fixati-o cu scotch si dati la congelator pana cand ciocolata se intareste (cca 20 de minute). Desprindeti hartia cu grija.<br />
Rupeti bucati mici de ornament auriu si, cu ajutorul unei pensule mici, fixati &#8220;frunzulite&#8221; pe fasia de ciocolata.<br />
Pentru a pregati pralina, ungeti cu unt o bucata de pergament. Intr-un vas cu fundul dublu, dizolvati zaharul in 100 ml apa si apoi puneti vasul pe foc. Fierbeti siropul timp de 8-10 minute si luati de pe foc. Adaugati migdalele si turnati pralina pe hartia pregatita. Lasati sa se raceasca, rupeti bucati si ornati tortul.</span></p>

<p>Brânza zdrobită cu furculiţa se amestecă cu făina şi grişul , se adaugă ouăle  întregi , sarea şi se amestecă bine.<br />
Se modelează din această compoziţie  papanaşii (rotunzi , cu gaură în mijloc) , care se dau prin făină şi se pun la  prăjit în mult ulei bine încins.<br />
Cand sunt rumeniţi pe ambele părţi , se scot  , se pudrează şi se servesc cu dulceaţă şi stropiţi cu smântână.</p>

<p>Merele se curăţă de coajă şi se taie în felii. O tavă se unge cu margarina şi se pun merele.Se presară puţină scorţişoară. Se pune zahăr pe deasupra şi se bagî la cuptor pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>Se pregăteşte budinca cu lapte şi se toarnă în tavă peste mere. Se mai ţine la cupor încă 10 minute.</p>
<p>Albuşurile de ouă se bat spumă. Se pune şi puţin zahăr pudră. Această spumă se pune peste budincă şi se mai ţine tot 10 minute.</p>
<p>Astfel este gata prăjitura. Este foarte bună şi tuturor invitaţiilor mei le-a plăcut când am facut-o. Să nu uitaţi să o lăsaţi puţin la rece înainte de a o servi.</p>
